At Mixtrain, we believe that owning your AI means owning everything that goes into it. Your datasets, your training runs, your fine-tuned models — they all belong to you. We will never train on your data. Period.

Our Commitments

We never train on your data

Your datasets, prompts, outputs, and model weights are never used to train Mixtrain's own models or any third-party models. What you upload stays yours — we simply provide the infrastructure to help you build with it.

You own your models

Every model you train, fine-tune, or deploy on Mixtrain is 100% yours. You can export, download, or delete your models at any time. There are no lock-ins, no restrictions, and no hidden claims on your intellectual property.

You own your data

All data you bring to Mixtrain remains your property. We don't sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. You control who has access to your workspaces, datasets, and models through our workspace permissions.

Data Handling

What we store

• Account information: Email address and authentication credentials for your account.
• Workspace metadata: Names, settings, and access permissions for your workspaces.
• Dataset metadata: File names, sizes, schemas, and organization within your workspaces.
• Model metadata: Model configurations, training parameters, and run history.
• Usage logs: API call metadata for billing and debugging purposes.

What we don't do

• We never use your data to train any models.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• We never access your data without your explicit permission.
• We never retain your data after you delete it beyond standard backup windows.

Data storage and security

• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Workspaces provide full isolation between teams and projects.
• You can delete your data at any time, and it will be permanently removed from our systems.

Third-Party Integrations

When you use external model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) through Mixtrain, your data is sent to those providers according to their respective privacy policies. Mixtrain acts as a pass-through and does not store the inputs or outputs of external model calls beyond what is needed for your run history.
